Congratulations to everyone who completed the 2006 Flying Chicken Run. Special congratulations to Ken, Mike and Jenn who placed third in their age categories and received a flying chicken medal for their efforts. And a special congratulations to Vanessa who placed second overall in the women's category and received a very impressive trophy (with a chicken on it of course).
You may have noticed that these pictures are much improved in quality from my past endeavours; wished I could take credit for it.

Congratulations to Jenn, Isabel and Jason on completting the Franco Run in High Park. So that others are aware, they had to complete a 5km loop twice including Spring Road! I also have pictures of the race winners, male and female attached.

Congratulations to all of you who finished the Chilly Willy 10k on Sunday December 11. I may have to start to introduce some true off-road trail running into the curriculum after this race!! Included in these pictures are some people from the half and some other local faces that you will see around the Running Room.

Congratulations to everyone who competed in the Toronto Island Longboat 10k Race. It was a warm day out there and you all did brilliantly. Below are some of the race pictures. I tried to get a shot of everyone but as you can tell, I am a better running instructor than I am a photographer! Sorry Natasha (and Gabriella), you were too fast for me, if your friend has a shot of you, send it on to me and I will update the fotopage.

Congratulations to everyone who completed these two races today. Sorry for the picture quality but I am a much better runner than a photographer. My apologies if your picture is not here, some shots just did not turn out.

Thanks to everyone who ran the Mississauga Canoe Club 10k today. Great Job!! Given the windy conditions, the race name of the Chilly-Willy 10k is apt (although that is not the only part of me that got cold today!) I will apologize if I missed getting your picture but my digital camera has a tendency to turn itself off every once in a while.

Congratulations to everyone who ran or came out for the Longboat 10k Run. It was a great day, weather was glorious and everyone looked like they were having a good time. Congrats also to everyone's kids that did the 1k Fun Run.
